JoJo is at Universal Studios, talking about how much it has changed since he was there last. “So many new things have been happening. I feel like every time I open up my phone, something is like, a new event or a new store,” he says. Comparing to when he first starting visiting in 2019, he compliments Universal for improving the resort “to being like a competitor to Walt Disney World”.
The vlog is posted on Father’s Day, and JoJo takes a moment to wish everyone a happy Father’s Day. He also expresses love and respect for his own father.
JoJo is at the park for the soft opening of Minion Land, a new area featuring a ride, stores, and food. As he approaches Minion Land, he notes, “Universal already looks like a different park.” JoJo explains that the street in Minion Land has been transformed into Illumination Avenue.
JoJo talks about the new, not-yet-opened ride, Villain-Con Minion Blast. He describes it as “walk-through attraction where you’ll be able to, like, shoot baddies,” and promises to be there on the first day it opens.
JoJo then visits the “well-themed” gift store for the ride. He comments on the merchandise, including a “fart gun” toy. He quips, “So that’s fun. You can trick your family and friends that you’re farting.”
JoJo also talks about Illumination Theater, a new meet and greet spot for Minions and other Illumination characters.

Next, JoJo visits a sweet store called “Bake My Day” and tries a banana macaroon and a blueberry lemonade macaroon, which he seems to enjoy. He declares, “I found my new favorite snack at Universal.” He also mentions Freeze Ray Pops, a place to get popsicles and freeze pops.
JoJo then goes to Pop-A-Nana popcorn stand where someone lets him try the banana flavored popcorn. He describes it as like kettle corn with a slight hint of banana, adding, “Honestly, I could eat that. I’m not the biggest fan of bananas but I’ve been trying so much banana today.”
While watching the Marilyn Monroe street show, JoJo spots Equity Ben performing as the director. “Oh my gosh, I miss him so much,” JoJo says. In character, Ben teases JoJo about his giant camera.

JoJo then heads to the Minion Café. Despite the long line, JoJo gets in because a man named Roman recognizes him and invites him to join their party inside. Roman explains for the viewers how this particular quick service restaurant works using mobile ordering.
JoJo spends a lot of time wandering through the restaurant, showing all the details of the décor, and also showing all the people sitting there eating, contradicting his previous claims of respecting people’s privacy when he vlogs.
JoJo tries one of Roman’s tater tots and also orders the udon noodles for himself. He seems to enjoy the udon noodles and broth, giving Minion Café a 10 out of 10. JoJo shows his table manners by lifting the bowl and pouring the broth into his mouth.
JoJo concludes his vlog by saying how impressed he was by the immersive experience of Minion Land. He says that he didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as he did. “It was pretty awesome… The detail, the design, the music, everything about it is pretty cool.”
