JoJo’s World: New Droid Popcorn Bucket

JoJo starts off in the Hollywood Studios parking lot, saying he’s there to buy a new piece of merchandise. Despite the looming rain clouds, he’s eager to get his hands on the unspecified item. He enters the park, noting the wind and the smell of impending rain. Observing the exodus of park-goers due to the weather, he makes a dash to find shelter for his camera.

As raindrops start to hit him, JoJo seeks shelter under the awning at the Brown Derby restaurant. JoJo’s girlfriend Krista joins him, and they manage to get a walk-up reservation at the restaurant.

JoJo orders the Cobb salad, while Krista goes for the vegan shepherd’s pie, Krista gives her meal a solid 10 out of 10 and wants JoJo to try it. JoJo likes it, commenting, “I forgot that it was vegan for a second, and that’s when you know it’s good.” For dessert, JoJo gets a crème brûlée. Krista describes the top as tasting like a campfire, a sentiment JoJo agrees with.

The pair then go to meet Darth Vader. Krista is nervous, but they both enjoy the interaction. Krista admits, “I’m just a huge fan of you.” They then decide to go on the Alien Swirling Saucer ride, which Krista believes they’ve ridden more than any other attraction at Hollywood Studios.

Finally, JoJo gets to the point of the vlog and reveals that the new merchandise he wants is a new droid shaped popcorn bucket. They go to Kat Saka’s Kettle in Galaxy’s Edge to buy it. JoJo and Krista also order Outpost Popcorn Mix to go with it and try the different flavors. They enjoy the popcorn, especially when they mix the flavors together.

They take the bucket to Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railroad, where JoJo is deterred from riding it by the 60 minute wait. JoJo finds a cast member he used to work with, who allows them to go on the ride. He comments, “It pays to be nice.”

Really? Were the people who are waiting an hour in the rain not nice? Were the people who paid for a lightning lane and didn’t get to bypass the line for free not nice? For as long as JoJo has been at Disney World, he’s always been fine with using his connections to cheat the system.

JoJo and Krista discuss the popcorn bucket droid. They decide to ask their viewers to suggest names for the droid in the comments section of the vlog. They continue to explore the park, commenting on the crowd and the weather. JoJo mentions that he has planned two trips but doesn’t want to spoil the surprise for his viewers.
